Job description
The Associate – Business Development will support growth initiatives by identifying opportunities, assisting in client engagement, and contributing to proposal development. The role requires strong communication, research, and coordination skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain and update CRM and sales tracking systems
- Support senior team members in client engagement and follow-ups
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Assist in organizing meetings, pitches, and business discussions
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, or related field)
- 0–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven with a proactive approach
- Good organizational and communication skills.
