Job description
The Manager – Accounting & Advisory will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. The role involves managing reporting, statutory compliance, and advisory support for business decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Review and finalize financial statements and reports
- Manage payroll and ensure timely statutory filings
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
- Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
Experience & Qualifications
- CA / MBA Finance / M.Com
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and financial operations
- Familiarity with MS Excel; knowledge of Tally or similar accounting tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and reporting
- Experience in managing teams and financial processes
